If your club or facility is no longer offering LES MILLS On Demand, you can still get access by adding a standard subscription in your existing LES MILLS On Demand account. You will need to login to your account first: visit MY ACCOUNT, add a subscription through MY SUBSCRIPTIONS > CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION and follow the prompts.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the extended free trial was made available to support those who have recently had their gym close and therefore they can no longer access their usual fitness routine. Unfortunately, it is not available for existing subscribers or trialists.

When gyms first began closing due to COVID-19, LES MILLS On Demand was only available in a limited number of countries. To make sure no one missed their workout, we quickly established a temporary site that could provide access to a small collection of workouts until we could launch LES MILLS On Demand everywhere. Now, as LES MILLS On Demand is becoming available in new countries, we are directing people to the 1000+ workouts available on the full LES MILLS On Demand platform.

Yes, you can use LES MILLS On Demand when you travel. There’s a simple 3 step process to make sure you can access your favorite workouts, anywhere.
Using an iOS device? With the LES MILLS On Demand iOS app, you can download workouts for up to 14 days and view them at your convenience.
If you want to use LMOD when travelling, please use one of our apps, as you will not be able to access the website from an unsupported country.
LES MILLS On Demand offers a free trial* to try out our entire portfolio of workouts. If you’re not satisfied, you can cancel your account before your trial ends and you will not be charged.

To access LES MILLS On Demand from your device, please download the new LES MILLS On Demand app from the app store if using Android, Apple or Roku device. Once downloaded click SIGN IN, enter your registered email address (once) and press CONTINUE. An email will be sent to you to link this device with your account. Please click the link in the email within 24 hours to complete activation. Your iOs app will refresh and you will be logged in, ready to start working out! Once you’re signed in, your device will keep you logged in for 12 months – just make sure you have cookies enabled!

To log out on your mobile device press the profile icon on the bottom right to get to the settings screen, then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click 'sign out'.

Yes - LES MILLS On Demand stores some information on your computer, known as a cookie, in order to keep you logged in. Work out with LES MILLS On Demand anywhere, anytime with offline viewing, and downloads that never expire.
To cast a workout video to your TV using Chromecast you'll first need to select a workout video and press the play icon to start the video. Once the video is playing, press the Chromecast button on your screen before making it full screen, and select the device you would like to cast to. Once connected, your video will appear on your big screen and your device's screen will update to let you know you are casting.
If you're having trouble casting or cannot see the casting icon, please follow the steps below:
To access LES MILLS On Demand from your Apple TV, you will first need to download the LES MILLS On Demand channel. When the download is complete you will be able to open and sign with your registered email address. Once you have entered your registered email address an activation code will appear - please take note of this code and visit the URL on the screen via your mobile phone or nearby computer to sync your Apple TV with your account. The URL will take you to an activation page and ask you to enter in the unique activation code. Once applied there will be a confirmation message letting you know you're now ready to start watching content on your device.

To access On Demand from your ROKU device, you will first need to add the LES MILLS On Demand channel to your Roku - please ensure you have the latest version of the channel created in May 2018.

Need to log out of the LMOD Roku app?
To log out go to the menu bar on the right, click the 'settings' menu item and then once on the settings screen click 'log out' and then click 'yes' to confirm.
Our videos sit within sub-categories managed by a drop down menu next to the sorting menu in each category. "Full length" or "45 minute" selections reveal our longer classes, "Express" are our classes that are 30 minutes or less, "Remix" are our online exclusive remixed workouts and "Learn" are our educational and tutorial videos.

Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. We have workouts that cater for all levels of fitness. Which program you start with will depend on your current level of fitness, as well as the results you’re after. Check out our full suite of LES MILLS On Demand workouts here to see which ones will help you reach your goals. If strengthening and toning is what you’re after, BODYPUMP is the workout for you. If you’re keen to burn fat and send your cardio fitness through the roof, you can’t go past BODYCOMBAT. If you haven’t worked out with us before, click on the workout you want to access and watch it first. We mean that… kick back, relax and enjoy the music. Once you’ve seen what you’re about to do, you’ll feel more confident jumping in and giving it a go.
For your first workout, start with just 20 minutes of one workout and see how you go. If you’re tired, and feel like you’re short of breath then that’s enough. You’ll be able to do more next time. Many of the LES MILLS On Demand workouts don’t require any equipment at all. All you need is space to move safely (we recommend at least 6sqm of clear space).
BODYPUMP and LES MILLS GRIT Strength are weights-based workouts that use a barbell and/or weights plates, CXWORX requires a resistance band and weight plates and RPM requires a stationary cycle.
It’s important that you hydrate before and after your workout. You don’t need anything fancy, good old H2O will do the trick.
We have a number of videos that will help you master the moves for each program. You should watch these before you start a program for the first time. In addition, each workout contains technique guidance from our instructors - you must listen carefully and follow all guidance.
If at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities, or you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, you should discontinue exercising immediately.
You are responsible for exercising within your limits and assume all risk of injury to your person or property.

-It’s for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast
You will need a barbell with weights and a bench, along with comfortable clothes and supportive shoes. Don’t worry if you’re an absolute beginner; we start you off with light weights and teach you to get stronger. You can even start off doing half classes for the first week. Increase the weights and duration as your strength and fitness increase.
You may be sore the day after you do BODYPUMP for the first few weeks; embrace this feeling! BODYPUMP really challenges all of your major muscle groups. We recommend you do no more than two or three classes a week, with at least a day off.
As long as you have been cleared by your midwife or doctor, BODYPUMP is fine for you to do if you are pregnant. We recommend some modifications to the workout for pregnancy; you can find them here.

Our two yoga-fusion workouts are ideal for building flexibility, strength and inner serenity.
BODYBALANCE™ is ideal for anyone and everyone. You bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates which strengthen your body and lower your stress levels.
BODYBALANCE is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. It strengthens your entire body and leaves you feeling calm and centred.
Comfortable clothes and something warm to wear during the final relaxation phase are all you need. You don’t need shoes and yoga mats are optional. It’s fine if you’ve never done a yoga. Simply follow the instructors as they will show you all of the appropriate options.
You’ll feel real benefits from doing a class just once a week. Doing two or three classes a week will really help you improve.
BODYBALANCE can help maintain core control and muscle balance when you are pregnant; just check with your doctor or midwife before giving it a go. We recommend some modifications to the workout for pregnancy; you can find them here.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is our 30-minute high intensity interval training workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. It’s designed to challenge your fitness, and there are options throughout the workout so you can modify the intensity.
LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is designed to complement your training schedule, so doing a workout twice a week is enough to give you awesome results. All you need is your usual workout clothes and a big attitude.
LES MILLS GRIT Cardio is designed with set exercises that have safety and science at their core. They’ve all been tried and tested for safety and results. If you have any specific health concerns, check with your doctor first. High intensity interval training is not recommended if you are pregnant.

Exercising the muscles around the core of your body, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger, leaner body. A strong core can help make you better at all the things you do in everyday life.
The moves in CXWORX are simple and you choose the intensity, so it suits any fitness level. For awesome results, we recommend you do it two or three times per week.
All you’ll need is a single weight plate and a resistance tube (available at all leading sports stores). If you don’t have a weight plate, you can use a dumbbell, kettlebell, weight bag, sandbag or medicine ball. Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes too.
CXWORX can be a great workout during the first and second trimester of pregnancy with some modifications. You can find out more here.

Simple step movements on a height-adjustable step, BODYSTEP™ is a full-body cardio workout to tone your butt and thighs.
You will need a step or low bench, along with comfortable clothes and supportive shoes.
This workout will push fat burning systems into high gear and the muscle conditioning tracks will shape and tone your body. You can burn up to 620 calories* in a 55-minute step workout.
New to BODYSTEP? Don’t worry, there are options to suit everyone. If you’re using a height-adjustable step, start with a low step height. Focus on your feet before trying the arm movements and follow the options provided by the on-screen presenting team. It usually takes a few BODYSTEP workouts before you start to feel comfortable.

RPM™ is a cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. All you need is a stationary bike. Tune in to some great music and get your pedals spinning as your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time.
The key to RPM is having your bike set up correctly - be sure to do this before you start. Some of the tracks in RPM involve getting off the bike seat. If this doesn’t work on your bike you can stay seated.
Most home bikes only require regular footwear, but if you have pedals designed for cycling shoes, you’ll need those too. If you’re unsure, unscrew your pedals and take them into your local cycling store - they can help you out.
We recommend you do RPM two or three times a week to get great fitness results. RPM can be a great workout during pregnancy, you may have to reduce the intensity and avoid some of the climbs out of the saddle - remember to chat with your doctor or midwife first.

BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that lets you punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up calories, fast. It’s perfect for releasing stress - you’ll have a blast and feel like a champ.
All you need for a BODYCOMBAT workout is light, supportive shoes, and a whole lot of energy and enthusiasm. For awesome results, we recommend you do BODYCOMBAT two to three times per week.
You don’t need any kind of martial arts experience. The instructors will demonstrate simpler and lower impact options for every move, so you can progress at your own pace and get an awesome workout at the same time.
We don’t recommend BODYCOMBAT during pregnancy.

BORN TO MOVE caters for any child between the ages of 2-16 years. Each of the age-specific classes feature age-appropriate moves and music that have been tested with young people and are designed to help create positive physical habits.
Each class is carefully crafted to safely meet the unique developmental needs of that age group and draws on the latest developmental research. Of course, your child won’t notice – they’ll be too busy having fun.

We want everyone to benefit from better fitness, so a LES MILLS On Demand subscription can be used by anyone in your household. Up to 3 devices in the same household can access workouts at the same time using the same login information.
Trouble with watching LES MILLS On Demand videos can be caused by slow internet connections, an interrupted connection to your home network, you being logged out of LES MILLS On Demand, or too many people with the same login information trying to access LES MILLS On Demand videos at the same time. In rare cases, the LES MILLS On Demand video delivery network may not be available at that time.

For simultaneous connections, LES MILLS On Demand allows 3 videos being streamed concurrently using the same login information.
Poor internet connectivity causes most issues while streaming videos. Frequent pauses during videos, problems starting the LES MILLS On Demand app, error messages, or issues playing videos on your device generally indicates a slow or interrupted internet connection.
Thankfully, we have some methods below to resolve most connection issues. If you complete the steps we’ve outlined and you’re still having problems, we suggest you reach out to your internet provider. They should be able to determine if your connection and router are best set up to network with the devices on your home network.

Higher quality video uses more bandwidth than lower-quality video, and LES MILLS On Demand automatically adjusts to play the highest quality video available on your connection speed. If your service provider applies a bandwidth or data cap to your Internet service, you can change the video quality to a lower setting to consume less data when you watch videos on our website.
After you start any video, mouse over the video quality setting in the lower right corner of the video. Change the quality to 480p to consume the lowest amount of data available for the video.
We occasionally see this error and it usually points to your Adobe Flash Player needing to be updated or installed. We suggest you try another browser such as Chrome, and see if you can get the videos to play, or you can try updating your Flash Player.

If your subscription is tied to your club membership, you will need to request cancellation via your facility to ensure they also your billing agreement.
LES MILLS On Demand offers a free trial to all new customers to try out our entire portfolio of workouts, articles, and schedules. If you’re not satisfied within the trial period, you can cancel your account before your trial ends and you will not be charged. Since everyone starts with a free trial, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions.

If you’ve chosen to pay by credit card and would like to change your payment method to PayPal, please follow these steps.
We do our best to charge your card in your local currency. In some countries, we are not able to charge you in your local currency and will offer the subscription to you instead in US Dollars or Euros. Regardless, we will clearly show you which currency your card will be charged when you go through the checkout process.
We know that at-home workouts are a great complement to regular gym activities and are partnering with fitness facilities so that they can offer quality at-home exercise as part of their membership.
If you have secured a LES MILLS On Demand subscription via a promotion from your health club or gym, you may find your subscription price is different to that advertised. Affiliated clubs and their members are eligible for a discounted LES MILLS On Demand subscription that is applied during the registration process.
If you’re a club member and are keen on securing a discounted rate, please talk to your club directly to find out if they are affiliated with LES MILLS On Demand.
LES MILLS On Demand is a monthly subscription service and will charge you every month on the date you sign up. If your subscription starts with a free trial period, we will not begin charging your card until after your free trial ends. You must cancel 24 hours prior to your subscription renewal or end of trial to prevent being charged. If you would like to know your subscription end date, recent purchases, or payment history you can visit My Account.
You can view your payments at any time from the My LES MILLS On Demand Subscriptions section of My Account. You will need to login first to be able to access My Account. Select ‘Account Information’ in the drop down under ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.
We want everyone to benefit from better fitness, so a LES MILLS On Demand subscription can be used by anyone in your household. Up to 3 devices in the same household can access workouts at the same time using the same login information. However, if you think someone is using your login information without your permission, you should immediately change your password in the My Account section so that no one can access your subscription without your permission. If you suspect more fraudulent activity, please contact us and we will investigate.
You can update your personal and payment details at any time from the My Profile section of My Account. You will need to login first to be able to access My Account. Select ‘Account Information’ in the drop down under ‘My Account’ at the top of the page. Don’t forget to save your changes.
